Scott J. Seiler

Scott has vast experience with a myriad of business matters. He organizes corporations, LLC's and partnerships; drafts state of the art operating, member control and buy/sell agreements; conducts business purchases and sales; and negotiates complex (and simple) business, commercial and real estate contracts.

Scott is also recognized nationally for his counsel and practical application of state and federal employment laws. His experience with hiring, discipline, termination, harassment, severance, and general policy issues is invaluable. In addition, he performs human resource audits; drafts policy manuals and employee handbooks; trains owners, managers and employees; investigates harassment and discrimination charges; mediates workplace disputes; and manages litigation.
