Jon Schindel

Jon brings a diverse wealth of legal expertise and a contagious can-do spirit. Quick with solutions, shrewd with advice, Jon is the kind of attorney everyone wants in their corner. Previously, Jon worked for several technology-based corporations, where he negotiated large product and service contracts, developed technology procurement systems and implemented national and international distribution strategies. Jon also has extensive litigation experience, representing clients in mediations, arbitrations and in the Minnesota court system, including the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Jon's areas of practice are equally wide ranging. He is skilled in corporate formation, well versed in buy/sell agreements, and experienced with asset and stock purchase agreements. In addition, Jon has assisted a wide variety of clients with real estate transactions, litigation, estate planning, probate administration, and insurance defense. When not hard at work, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, coaching his daughter's soccer team, golfing (poorly) and meticulously caring for his lawn (He is frequently heard debating his wife as to whether they are raising children or grass. The dispute is, as of yet, unresolved).
